JOVS ships to all 50 US states. Every order ships from our US fulfillment network with tracking.
Processing time
Orders are processed in 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or US holidays are processed the next business day.

Delivery time starts after processing. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding US federal holidays.
Tracking
When your order ships you receive an email with a tracking number. Use it on our Track order page or directly on the carrier site. The first scan can take up to 48 hours to appear.
Lost, delayed or damaged parcels
If tracking has not moved for 7 days, or the parcel shows as delivered but is missing, reach us through the contact form with your order number. We open a carrier claim and send a replacement or refund. If an item arrives damaged, send a photo within 7 days of delivery and we replace it at no cost.
Address changes
Double-check your address at checkout. To change it, use the contact form as soon as possible, before the order ships.
