How do I place an order?
Add products to your cart and check out securely. You will receive a confirmation email right away.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Use the contact form as soon as possible. If the order has not shipped, we can change or cancel it.
Do you offer discount codes?
Yes. Active codes appear on the site announcement bar and the Black Friday page.
Shipping
How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed in 1–2 business days. Standard delivery takes 5–7 business days and is free. Express takes 2–3 business days and costs $15.00.
Do you ship outside the US?
Not at this time. We ship to all 50 US states.
How do I track my order?
We email a tracking number when your order ships. See the Track order page.
What if my package is lost or damaged?
Contact us with your order number. We replace or refund it.
Devices
How often should I use my light therapy mask?
Most routines use 10–20 minutes a day. Follow the manual for your model.
How long until I see results?
Light therapy is cumulative. Many users notice changes after 4–8 weeks of consistent use. Results vary.
Can I use the device with skincare products?
Use it on clean, dry skin and apply serums or moisturizer afterwards unless the manual says otherwise.
How do I charge the device?
Use the cable included in the box. Most devices charge fully in 2–3 hours.
What is the difference between the 4D and 6D masks?
The 6D adds EMS micro-pulses to the light therapy for toning on top of the 4D light spectrum.
Safety
Is it safe?
JOVS devices are designed for home use. Read the manual and wear the supplied eye protection where indicated.
Who should not use it?
Do not use if you are pregnant, have a pacemaker or implanted electronic device, epilepsy, photosensitivity, or active skin cancer. EMS devices carry additional restrictions. Ask your doctor if unsure.
Is the 4D mask FDA cleared?
The manufacturer’s 510(k) K244020 covers its 660 nm and 850 nm full-face wrinkle treatment. See the Science page.
Payments and returns
What payment methods do you accept?
Major credit and debit cards and wallets shown at checkout. Payments are processed securely by Shopify.
What is the 60-day trial?
You can try any device for 60 days from delivery and return it for a refund of the item price.
What does the warranty cover?
2 years against manufacturing defects. See the Warranty page.
How do refunds work?
Refunds go to the original payment method after inspection, typically within 3 business days of receipt. Banks may take 5–10 days.
