How much is shipping?
Shipping is free on every US order. Most orders ship within 1–2 business days and arrive in 5–7 business days.
What does the warranty cover?
Every JOVS device carries a 2-year warranty covering manufacturing defects and hardware failures. Contact support and we repair or replace it.
Is it safe for all skin tones?
Our laser and LED masks use focused, narrow-band light that is gentle on all skin types and tones. IPL devices have a skin-tone sensor. Check the product page for contraindications and talk to your doctor if you are pregnant or photosensitive.
When will I see results?
Many customers notice better skin texture and glow within 2–4 weeks of consistent use. Firming and lines typically take 8–12 weeks. Results vary by person and product.
How does the 60-day trial work?
Try your device for 60 days. If it is not for you, contact us for a return. Items must be returned in their original condition.
